I clicked on the link and it says "sorry, there is no eversave page." and it redirects you to another website. Is that where you sign up?
The sign up site may have been having problems earlier. I just clicked the link now, and it took me straight to the JC Penney sign up page – the top of the page it takes you to should say "Free shipping… JC Penney". Please try again now, and let me know if it works. Thanks!
