Thanks to Mom Central, we recently learned that Atkins came out with two new low carb products, Atkins’ All Purpose Baking Mix and Atkins’ penne pasta. Both of these items are loaded with fiber, which is great for us, because we have been trying to include more fiber in our diet to help us stay healthy and maintain a healthy weight. I know some of you are doing the low carb thing, and of course the Atkins products are low in sugar and carbohydrates too.
Atkins recently started a new online recipe contest where you can submit your own recipe using one of these new Atkins’ products. You can win up to $1,000 in cash or $1,500 in prizes. You must submit your recipe by September 30 (9/30), 2009.
