this is great, and I even went and took a pic of a wrinkled shirt. The website lets me fill in all the blanks but won't go through when it's supposed to. any suggestions?
My guess is the website is overloaded with freebie requests today. Try again in a few hours. If that doesn't work, look for a "contact us" button on the website and contact Downy directly, explaining the difficulty you are having. They may be able to troubleshoot the problem. Good luck!
