LOL! 30 minutes might be a record. They should send you 10 coupons for that kind of a wait, lol!
If it doesn't print for you, I would try calling Aquafresh or emailing them. Even if people have problems with free samples or printing coupons, I have almost always found the company to be very accommodating and helpful – they may send the coupon to you via regular mail instead. Good luck!
