We’re expecting our second son in just a few weeks, so I was excited to learn about a new free website focusing on infant nutrition. It’s called Infant Nutrition Center. The site was recently unveiled on Monday, October 19. Developed as a resource for parents, the website brings together information from leading health centers and researchers across the country to explain how nutrition is crucial to infant development. Showcasing new data and 3-D images, the site lets you explore and learn the latest research findings on infant nutrition through video, pictures, and graphics. I learned a few new things from the site, such as the importance of fat and how the neural development of an infant progresses, so you might too!
