The cost of sending the coupons is the same as mailing them to anyone in the United States, as the United States military bases are considered part of the United States territories.

This website you link to says no more than TWO months past the expiration date.
I did not know that you could do that!! I am going to send them monthly when I purge my coupon binder:-)
As a military spouse, I know that expired coupons can actually be used at my commissary on Ft. Carson (Colorado Springs, CO) and I am assuming all commissaries both overseas and in the US. I’d love to receive anyone’s expired coupons if they would like to utilize a more personal exchange. Thank you!
