- To make sure you can receive emails from us, check your spam filter and be sure to add support@surveyhelpcenter to your address book, or safe list.
- Some of our panelists have asked us why it can take a few weeks to approve a survey credit. Each survey is unique and requires a different number of interviews. Our clients may take a few days to a few weeks to review the information received by each respondent in order to verify the data and validate the response. All surveys are typically verified within 4 to 6 weeks of the closure date. If you have not received a credit for a pending survey by that time please email [email protected] so we may investigate further.
- If you fully complete and receive a technical error, please take note of the date and the subject matter, and we will investigate further to ensure you receive credit.

I just cashed out via paypal and it says to allow as much as four weeks, do you know if it really does take that long?
It can take up to 8 weeks once you cash out. If you haven’t received it by that time, definitely contact them directly (that goes for any survey company).
