I am already a Toluna member, do I have to be a new member?
When I clicked on the link for the Ipad study it says:
“You’ve already voted on this QuickSurvey.”
Does that mean I’ve already entered?
Ramona – I’m not sure, perhaps you are already entered since you are getting that message. Since you’re getting that message, if you want to be sure *someone* in your household is entered, you could always ask someone else in your household to sign up and have them follow the instructions exactly as in this blog post and then they will get the IPAD survey for sure as a new sign up.
I just registered with Toluna, and I got the same message from the iPad study link…
“You’ve already voted on this QuickSurvey.”
Any other thoughts?
I would try clearing your cookies and/or try in a different browser (if you’re using Internet Explorer, try Firefox or Chrome, or vice versa). OR – It is possible that if you just signed up that you are automatically entered since it says you have already voted. For whatever reason, it decided to automatically sign you up for the IPAD study already. Participants will be randomly selected from all Toluna members who have completed the IPAD Quicksurvey.
