We first made this back around the holidays to give as gifts, but it bears repeating and sharing with you how easy and fun they are to make to give to your friends and family.  This Chocolate Cookie In A Jar Gift is a perfect way to share a fun homemade treat with your childs teachers this year as school winds down.  It can even be customized if your teacher is allergic to something, has gluten issues or needs sugar free treats.  Simply check out some alternative baking mixes for gluten free needs or pick up the sugar substitutes to create a unique to them treat.  If you know their teacher loves nuts, don’t hesitate to drop a handful of chopped walnuts or pecans into the jar as well.
