As a kid I was known to grab dill pickles straight from the jar and eat them as snacks, but I never knew there was such a creation as a fried pickle until a few years ago. These Easy Fried Dill Pickles are perfect snacks to make for your St. Patrick’s Day parties or just as a fun treat to serve to the kids after school this week. We prefer them with a little light ranch dressing for dipping but they are amazing on their own!
