The one year birthday bash at Engineer a Debt Free Life continues with our next giveaway! This time three of our lucky readers will win 3 free dinners (dinner kits) from Romano’s Macaroni Grill, plus everything shown here too:
Thanks to MyBlogSpark and Romano’s Macaroni Grill, we received a “What’s for Dinner” gift basket like the one shown above, and three coupons for THREE FREE Macaroni Grill Favorites dinners. In fact, the gift basket includes ALL of this: a sample of the Creamy Basil Parmesan Chicken Pasta variety, three coupons for you to try the other three varieties, a colander, serving spoon and cheese grater.
I have tried two of the four varieties of dinner kits now, and they are yummy! My favorite was the Chicken Marsala. These dinners are relatively easy to make and are great for nights when you are all out of dinner ideas!
And now, three of our lucky readers will get Romano’s Macaroni Grill prize packs, with all the goodies pictured, plus 3 coupons for three free dinner kits. Can you say FREE FOOD? Woot! These dinners are YUMMY, so you will definitely want to enter this giveaway!

The biggest struggle I have, in making dinner for my family, is just like Laura said… trying to find something healthy and tasty, that everyone will eat. My kids are very picky, most don’t eat meat! My youngest won’t eat most vegetables… but everyone else gets tired of green beans (the one he will eat) all the time! Soooo… finding something to prepare, while still adding variety, is a huge challenge for me.

My biggest struggle is trying to find fresh, new ideas of food to make. It seems like I sometimes get in the rut of making the same thing over and over.

My biggest struggle with preparing dinner is to come up with the idea of what to fix and then trying to find something my whole family will like to eat.
