Are you trying to lose weight in 2010? Or maybe even just trying to exercise more and get in better shape? If so, we want you to JOIN US!!! Several of us were chatting in the Old Navy chat room last Thursday about our weight loss and fitness goals for 2010. Some people mentioned they would be interested in an informal “weight loss” / fitness group to help them stay accountable for their weight loss and fitness goals in 2010! We would like to extend an invitation to all of our readers to join us!
I know I need to exercise more, but with a newborn and a toddler, I can never seem to find the time. This informal group would help all of us stay accountable for our fitness/weight loss goals (whatever those goals may be – your goals are individual and totally up to YOU!) and help us all motivate each other to stay on track!

We would like to gauge reader interest and then determine how to proceed from here. If there is enough interest, we will even do some GIVEAWAYS to help motivate everyone who is trying to get fit / lose weight! 🙂
