We love those speciality ice cream shops that have tons of great toppings and mix ins for our favorite flavors, but mostly we love the unique flavors. One of my personal favorites is the cake flavored and this Homemade Birthday Cake Ice Cream is a perfect substitute for those otherwise costly trips to the ice cream parlor. Not only is it fun to make with the kids, but it has everything I am looking for with the bits of cake, the cream and sprinkles too!
