Quick and Easy Pork Chops

Being a busy working mother of little ones makes dinner time stressful.  I always like to come up with meal plans that are quick and easy, and these Quick and Easy Pork Chops are my all time favorite go to meal.  In under 30 minutes, I can complete these delicious Quick and Easy Pork Chops! I absolutely love that they’re kid friendly.  With just a few products you most likely already have on hand, you’re on your way to a delicious home cooked meal. After These are also great to freeze and re-heat for a quick meal later, so make up a double batch and freeze the extras! YUM!

Quick and Easy Pork Chops

What you need:

  • 10 Full-Size Pork Chops
  •  1 Cup Flour
  • 4 Tbsp Montreal Steak Seasoning
  • 1 Cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1/2 Box Bread Crumbs
  • 4 Eggs
  • Frying Pan

Grab 2 medium sized mixing bowls and grab all your ingredients.  In the first bowl, pour in your flour, montreal steak seasoning and bread crumbs and mix it well.  In your other bowl add in your eggs and mix them well until the yolks are beaten.  Grab your pork chops and soak them in the egg mixture, then place them into the breaded mixture and cover both sides fully.  Grab your frying pan and place it on your stove over medium heat.  Pour in your vegetable oil and and allow to get hot before placing your pork chops into the oil.  Once the oil is heated carefully place in your pork chops, and be very careful of splattering oil.  Place lid on top and let cook for 3 minutes on the first side, flip them and let cook for another 3 minutes on the opposite side.  Remove from the oil and let sit on a plate to rest.  Cut into the middle to ensure all the pink is gone and the pork chops are ready to be eaten.  If you see any pink, cook the pork chops longer until all the pink is completely gone. These Quick and Easy Pork Chops pair well with these sides and desserts:

  • Copycat Texas Roadhouse Rolls
  • Hearty Crock Pot Baked Beans
  • Easy No Cook Potato Salad
  • Easy Oreo Cheesecake Bars

Now you have a delicious dinner for your entire family.  Enjoy!

It does not specify in the recipe how many pork chops/servings?? kind of pertinent info..

These pork chops look savoury/moist & delicious. I tend to avoid cooking pork chops because they seem flavorless and dry – now I am intrigued to pick up the ingredients to give this a try. Quick & Easy – the perks too. Thanks for posting.

This recipe sounds really terrific! My husband especially likes to put Montreal Steak seasoning on nearly everything he grills!

I’ve never tried that steak seasoning before. The pork chops look good. I haven’t had them in years. I’ll have to try this recipe. Thanks!

My husbands love pork chops and mine never turn out. This recipe sounds and looks like an easy one to make. I’m going to give it a try one last time to see if they will turn out.

Thanks so much for the recipe on Quick and Easy Pork Chops! I love this recipe! We love pork, however, my husband always says that there is not enough meat on a pork chop! If I purchase the “no bone” pork chops, I believe there is enough meat! This is a great way to make pork chops! I never thought about frying them this way! Growing up my mother would put pork chops in some water and add potatoes and put them in the oven to get done. They were always dry! I love this and I’m definitely going to give this recipe a try (once I get some boneless pork chops!) Thanks so much for sharing this delicious quick recipe with all of us! I honestly to appreciate it! Thanks again! Michele 🙂
