Okay all you readers out there.
One of the things I have been doing a fair amount of is bulk cooking. So far I have been freezing everything and it works well.
But I want to get into canning as well, but I have no idea really what I am doing other than playing around here and there.
Is there any good sites for “canning for beginners” or do’s and don’ts that I should watch out for?
Basically I want to can to save money on the food bill and keep bulk cooking, but I don’t want to risk food poisoning either.
Any comments on this would be much appreciated. THANKS!!!
