I am excited to say we have more free money and freebies thanks to Walgreens! We did the Walgreens EasySaver rebates for October. We spent $44 and are getting $48 back! And we now have free body wash, makeup, chapstick, and hair conditioner (among other things)! If you aren’t yet doing the Walgreens free after rebate EasySaver stuff, you need to check it out!

I’ve got a quick question, when I looked at the EasySaver for October I saw 3 items for FREE after rebate:
6-Hour Engery – $3.99
L’Oreal Cleansers – $7.99
Rimmel Foundation – $7.49
For a total rebate limit up to $19.47 so could you help me understand where the $44 in merchandise with a $48 rebate came from?
I also use the EasySaver Reabtes and get the 10% bonus for the gift card, I just didn’t see where October’s total you mentioned came from.
Thanks!

Hi Lance,
Walgreens announced in about the 2nd week of October that they would be offering all of September’s rebates on top of Octobers as well.
So we got Septembers rebates in October as well as in October.
So things like the chemistry hair conditioner at 7.99, the nivea mens body wash at 7.99, the chap stick at 2.99, I think there was also some toothpaste and some excedrin… Anyway, that is where the difference in money came from.
So even though we already got all these rebates in Sept, we were able to claim them again in Oct since they offered it again. My wife was the one who found that somewhere, I will ask her to post where she found that.
You also raise another point, I will have her post when she finds these things. I myself wouldn’t have known either.

Hi Lance, I want to clarify this a bit – there were 4 "raincheck" items carried over from the Sept. easysaver rebate to the Oct. period. (So not all of September's rebates were available again in Oct.- just those 4.) These were #2 Nivea, #3 L'Oreal, #5 Chemistry, & #6 Lypsyl. These became #45 – 48 on October rebates, but never appeared online on the submission checklist. They were "hidden" rebates so to speak. I learned this by surfing some frugal forums online, and then called Walgreens to confirm. So many people were unable to purchase these items in Sept. because of shortages in many WAGS stores, so they became "raincheck" items for October, and were available for everyone to purchase again. So far I am not aware of any raincheck items for October/Novemeber period.
