Review of Swagbucks customer service: 10 out of 10 (Swagbucks customer service is the best!)
As many of you know, I love Swagbucks and other ways to earn and win free stuff online! Whenever I get 45 swagbucks, I cash out for a $5 Amazon gift card. And I love that the gift cards usually come very quickly.
However, the other day, when I was at my “order status” page for Swagbucks, I noticed it showed an Amazon gift card was “shipped” (emailed) earlier in the day…. even though I never received the gift card via email. So, I double checked my email, including the SPAM folder, to make sure I hadn’t missed it. Nope… it wasn’t there….
I quickly emailed Swagbucks at [email protected] I wondered if I would even get a response, and figured I was probably just out of luck and wouldn’t get the gift card. Well, to my surprise, I received a reply from Swagbucks 5 minutes later!!! I couldn’t believe how quickly they responded…. and this was even at 10 p.m. on a Friday night! They asked me to check my SPAM folder, and said if it wasn’t there, they would resend it next week. So, I replied back, explaining I checked the SPAM folder, but found nothing. And then 3 minutes later, I had yet ANOTHER reply from Swagbucks, saying they would resend the gift card. And sure enough, on Monday morning, they resent the Amazon gift card!
I am simply amazed! I have emailed lots of companies on the internet with various customer service problems, but this is the quickest response I have ever received, and the quickest resolution to a problem I had. I am very impressed with Swagbucks! They run a great site, and are very proactive about making sure Swagbucks winners get their prizes! I give their customer service a rating of 10 Swagbucks (out of 10 possible Swagbucks)! 🙂 I highly recommend Swagbucks. It’s a great way to win free stuff online!
