There is a hot deal going on right now. You can get $50 in Restaurant.com gift certificates for 20 cents OR you can get PAID $2.60 to buy a $25 gift certificate! Here’s how:
1) Sign up for Mr. Rebates (or EBATES… see below for more on EBATES). You will receive a $5 bonus if you register with Mr. Rebates. (If you recently registered for Mr. Rebates, the $5 bonus should already be showing in your account.) You will also receive 20% cash back at Restaurant.com for shopping through Mr. Rebates.
2) Within the Mr. Rebates site, search for Restaurant.com and go to the Restaurant.com website. Search for gift certificates that you want to buy and add them to your cart. When you check out, enter code PREZ. You will get 70% off the price with code PREZ, making $25 Restaurant.com gift certificates only $3 out of pocket. Combine this with the $5 you get for signing up with Mr. Rebates, PLUS the 20% cash back you get for shopping at Mr. Rebates, and you can get $50 worth of gift certificates for 20 cents out of pocket…. or, if 20 cents is too much for you, then you can GET PAID $2.60 to buy a $25 gift certificate. Either way, this is a win-win deal. But you have to HURRY and sign up ASAP… the gift certificates are going fast!!! Also, please note you cannot pay with Paypal to get the rebate through Mr. Rebates.
***You can also do this deal through EBATES and get $5 to sign up (if you are new to EBATES) and get 15% cash back. The deal works exactly the same way, just sign up and go through EBATES. You can sign up and shop through both for extra savings!!!
(If you’re not familiar with Restaurant.com, you can buy awesome gift certificates at local restaurants. With the above deal, you will get $50 worth of gift certificates to use for $50 worth of purchases at your selected restaurants, all for 20 cents! You can’t beat this deal!)
If you have questions about this deal, please contact us. Thanks!
UPDATE: Also, it was pointed out to me that you need to have a minimum rebate amount of $10 before requesting your rebate check from Mr. Rebates, according to Mr. Rebates rules as of 2/18/09. However, if you use Mr. Rebates for other online purchases, this rebate amount will add up quickly.
