I was able to get the free puzzle, however in my "cart" it was not crediting the mug. However, they are suppose to credit me back the $9.99. Did anyone else have problems with this?
Yes, some people had that problem. That's why we posted information above about how to use the Live Chat feature or how to call Snapfish so they can manually credit the freebie if anyone else has this problem.
