I recently learned about a cool new site where you can get stuff like free magazines, free baby food, free cleaning products, and free coupons! It’s called RecycleBank! Plus, the site is all about recycling and greener living! So you can get free stuff while helping the environment too! And you can get some freebies as soon as you sign up, and of course it’s totally FREE to sign up! (You all should know by now that we only recommend the free sites lol!) 🙂
Here’s how it works:
- Sign up for a free acount at RecycleBank
- You receive 100 points immediately for signing up
- After you verify your account via email, sign back in to RecycleBank
- Go to the “Get Rewards” section and cash out your 100 free points immediately!
I just ordered a FREE one year subscription to Good Housekeeping for 80 points and a $1 off Coke products coupon for 20 points! I already received a confirmation email from Hearst Publishing / Good Housekeeping thanking me for my free subscription order!
Here are just a few examples of the stuff you can get for 100 points or less:
- Popular Mechanics subscription 100 points
- Good Housekeeping subscription 80 points
- Seventh Generation All Purpose Cleaner 100 points
- Seventh Generation Dish Liquid 50 points
- Seventh Generation Baby Wipes 75 points
- Green Works Cleaning Wipes 50 points
- Happy Baby Baby Food 50 points
- There are lots of high dollar coupons too!
You can get more points by recycling in your local area (if available). You can get a $10 Amazon gift card for 1225 points if you save up your points. You can see the entire list of rewards and points required here (PDF file).
RecycleBank also has a sister site called Kashless, which is kind of like Craig’s list, where you can list items you want to give away. You can link your accounts on the two sites (use the same email address for each one) and earn even more points and freebies by cashing out your Kashless points for RecycleBank rewards!
- Or, save up and get a free $10 Amazon gift card for 1225 points!
People have shared that you can get an 300 extra free points each week in Kashless for sending email invites to your friends, saving item searches, and listing items (there are more ways to get points too). There is a maximum of 300 points you can earn in Kashless each week…. and that is a heck of a lot of freebies!!! You can transfer your points from Kashless to RecycleBank. I just signed up for both, so I can’t confirm how long the point transfer takes yet between the two sites.
What freebies or coupons did you redeem your points for? Leave a comment to let us know!
I can’t find the free magazines. The only magazines I can find is to trade in points and get magazines for a discounted price.
Look at the PDF list of prizes I linked to. It lists each item by category and will show you the category the free magazines are in. I don’t have it in front of me right now, or I would look it up for you. If I can access it later, I’ll see if I can find it… for example search the PDF for “Good Housekeeping” and then see what category it’s under and go to that category on the site. Hope that helps!
I wanted to get a Popular Mechanics subscription but that was not an option even though that title is listed in the blog.
It is listed in the complete prize list (check the PDF) but is now out of stock. It was an option to redeem when I signed up, but has since gone out of stock. They may get more subscriptions in the coming days, and you can’t beat free!
I did find the magazines based on your comment. The magazine subscriptions are listed under Online Retailers. Thanks for the help!
There are a few other magazines for 100 points or less if anyone wants to check them out. Esquire, Harper’s Bazaar, Seventeen – 80 points. Redbook – 60 points. Town and Country – 100 . Not sure that they have them all in stock, but you may want to keep your eye out!
Hi,
Sorry to ask again but I can’t find the way to order magazines. I did check online retailers section but only found the one which says you can get magazines at discounted price.
Thanks in advance.
