Then if I go to YOUR ACCOUNT, it shows 3 free credits, one of which is “1 customer service credit for dog leash”. So you might try again now, or try clicking on YOUR ACCOUNT to see if it shows up there.

I was going to leave a post about this earlier…………………..I have been saving my free credits for coasters and a key chain(from one account, I have 3)…………so this am I ordered them with free shipping, a $53 value…………check your my account credits………and hit the link on the left side of this page………..the free shipping only works on gifts not photos, I did try………..
Also, great idea………….I ordered my free coasters from all three accounts, so a total of 18 coasters. I made 9 duplicate photos (of our cat, the kids, ect) and am going to use them as a MEMORY game for my 18 month old and my neices that live with me……………what a great educational tool, they will love to match thier own pics………

I did all of the above, just like you, and I never could get it to let me design the leash! It kept taking me to the photo offer which I declined in the beginning wanting the Leash only. I also tried several attempts at the chat and could not get anyone. I finally gave up and emailed them…….the directions were so simple, but when you get to the final step it goes in another whole direction. I’ll update if I hear from them.
Shipping should be free as long as you use code PRESDAY – I believe the free shipping code works for anything but photos. So if you are trying to get the free photos along with the leash, try checking out with just the leash using this code – PRESDAY
Also, just wanted to add Snapfish rules are 1 account per person, so I would not advise creating more than one account per person age 13 and older.

I just did this and got the free leash and 20 free photos….The free shipping worked on the leash but not the photos..I actually had to pay $2.15 for shipping…I’m not complaing at all that is a GREAT deal for all that I am getting.
