Hmm, strange! Your total needs to be at least $10 and there are certain items that are excluded. Some have said even sandals or slippers are excluded. Those would be the only things I could think of. I am sure they are overwhelmed with emails right now, I bet they will respond but give them extra time. They may extend your credit if the problems were on their end. Good luck!
