Looking for a tasty snack without reaching for a bag of greasy potato chips? These Zesty Ranch Baked Zucchini Chips are delicious and relatively healthy making them a great side dish for dinner or as a yummy snack. They are easy to make and are a great item to let the kids practice their kitchen skills! They get to stir, dip, and place on a pan, giving them a taste of cooking. As a side dish for a family of 4, I would double this recipe. If the kids find it too spicy, simply leave out the pepper flakes.
