Homemade Lavender Bath Soak

Are you working on getting healthier from the inside out? Soaking in bath salts are a great way to help rid your body of chemicals and toxins.  Lavender is soothing to your skin and senses, making it the perfect aroma add in for a relaxing and effective soak. Bath salts can be part of your weekly or at least biweekly routine to help remove impurities from your skin and body, but it is also relaxing for adults and children, and some folks think it can help shorten the duration of cold and flu, and ease aching, sore muscles. Make 3 or 4 batches and keep them in a large jar for weekly baths or anytime you need some extra soothing.

My wife loves bathing with bath salts. I will suggest for her to try this recipe to make her own. She loves making things like this.
