This book turns many things we’ve been taught about eating and dieting upside down. It’s worth a read! As I said before, I’ve been interested in this book and program for health reasons. As I get older, I want to stay as healthy as I can so I can be around a long time for my kiddos! Are any of you following along with the meals plans in the book?
