This post is brought to you by our sponsor, “Always Eat After 7 PM”. The opinions expressed below are my own. #AlwaysEatAfter7PM #AlwaysEatBook #BioTrust
It’s been about 2 weeks since I first posted about the book: Always Eat After 7 PM: The Revolutionary Rule-Breaking Diet That Lets You Enjoy Huge Dinners, Desserts, and Indulgent Snacks—While Burning Fat Overnight by Joel Marion. I received a complimentary copy of this book to help me learn more about this program and to be able to share it with all of you! Check out my previous posts on the book here: post 1 and post 2.
This book turns many things we’ve been taught about eating and dieting upside down. It’s worth a read! As I said before, I’ve been interested in this book and program for health reasons. As I get older, I want to stay as healthy as I can so I can be around a long time for my kiddos! Are any of you following along with the meals plans in the book? I’d love to hear from you in the comments if you are! This book is filled with easy-to-follow meal planning ideas, food lists, and recipe ideas.
The photo above shows the Cheesy Ground Beef Skillet recipe. You’ll love how quick and easy it is to prepare. I think it could become your family’s favorite… The author of the book says, “A satisfying skillet recipe is priceless. It’s as easy as can be to prepare and everyone enjoys it. This Cheesy Ground Beef Skillet is currently my teenaged son’s favorite meal. I love how easy and quick it is to make for him, and he loves everything about it. It fills him up and tastes so dang good!”
Or maybe you want to try these gorgeous Fruit Tarts from the book? 🙂
As the author says in the book, “Fruit tarts are a brilliant combination of Sugar Cookie Crust + Vanilla Custard + Fresh Fruit that is both stunning and tastebud tickling. Like mini fruit pizzas.”
As I mentioned in my previous posts about the book, we’ve been traditionally taught to avoid carbs, have an early dinner, and never eat before bed. But the fact is, the latest scientific research shows us this earlier model is not the most ideal. The Always Eat After 7 PM plan consists of: The 14-day Acceleration Phase to kick-start the program and see rapid results, The Main Phase where you’ll learn exactly which foods to eat when in order to achieve your weight-loss goals, The Lifestyle Phase to keep the weight off for good. And don’t forget to drink plenty of water!
Here’s a tip from the book regarding lemon water in particular, “One of the simplest 3-Minute Fat-Burning Morning Rituals, lemon water is a glass of water mixed with the juice of one half of a lemon. This drink provides all the benefits of regular drinking water, which supports weight loss, digestive health, physical performance, and cognitive function.”
Always Eat After 7 PM: The Revolutionary Rule-Breaking Diet That Lets You Enjoy Huge Dinners, Desserts, and Indulgent Snacks—While Burning Fat Overnight by Joel Marion is now available to purchase. Check it out for yourself and snag your own copy, and get ready to learn a new way of eating, staying healthy, and losing weight. Learn more about the book and how to purchase here.
