This book turns many things we’ve been taught about eating and dieting upside down. It’s worth a read! As I said before, I’ve been interested in this book and program for health reasons. A lot has been going on in my life the past few weeks, so I haven’t been able to devote as much time to the program as some of you may have devoted. But I am glad I have learned about the ideas from this book and program. It literally takes some of what we’ve been taught and turns it upside down.
As I get older, I want to stay as healthy as I can so I can be around a long time for my kiddos! Are any of you following along with the meals plans and guidance in the book over the last few weeks? This book offers a lot of great food for thought on how to have more energy and stay healthy.

Nor does your body store fat at the end of the day. Whether it’s 8 am or 8 pm, you use food for energy the same way.”
